Is your project over budget?
Are you worried about quality?
Is there a better way to get the look you want without spending so much?
How much will it cost to heat my pool through a Seattle winter?
What's the best driveway finish, siding, or window option, and what will it really cost?
Your builder says "we can do anything," but you need your choices narrowed down faster and with more accuracy.
Construction costs are at an all-time high, and every dollar buys less each year. Hiring a consultant is a smart hedge on your investment. You like your builder; you just want more resources working to make your dream a reality. Let my experience and resources put you in control of your project's success.

Ongoing & Project-Based Support
The intro consult quickly covers your project, your priorities, and the decisions ahead, and gives you clear next steps. If I'm a good fit, great. If not, you'll leave with a valuable perspective.
For the right projects, I stay involved as an Owner's Representative, working alongside your builder and design team to align scope, budget, and execution so the project moves forward with confidence.
I'm based in Seattle and can support your project here or wherever you call home.
Questions Answered
What happens on the intro call?
We walk through your project, your priorities, and the decisions ahead. I'll give you answers when I have enough information. You don't need more opinions; you need a clear path to a solution.
Do you replace my builder or architect?
No. I'm part of the team or simply your advisor. The right resources are good for every project, and I work alongside your builder and design team so everyone has what they need to succeed.
When should I bring you in?
The earlier the better: before you buy the lot, sign a contract, or lock in a budget. Mid-project works too, if something feels off.
Where do you work?
In person across the Seattle area, with remote reviews anywhere. I'm also happy to travel.
What happens after the intro?
If more help makes sense, I'll give you a clear quote before any work starts, and your $95 intro fee is credited toward it.
