I've spent 30 years leading residential construction and development projects, working directly with owners, architects, and builders to execute complex projects and protect outcomes.

I bring a practical, real-world perspective shaped by building over $60M in homes, my background as a CPA and spec builder, and hands-on experience across development, building, and operations.

There are many correct ways to build a home, but not every one is right for the client or the project. I work alongside your builder and design team to find the right one early, so everyone stays aligned and conflicts are avoided later.

Think of me as an extension of your team. I've visited hundreds of job sites and can tell within minutes whether a project is set up to succeed and whether everyone has the information they need.

Whatever the budget, quality, functionality, and durability should never be compromised. I've had the privilege of building beautiful homes and maintaining them after completion, and that vantage point is gold. As my mountain-climbing brothers say, “Getting to the summit is only halfway.” Building is the same: anyone can finish a house, but can you maintain it sustainably, or travel for four months and manage it with the click of a button?
